3. Virtual Items

Virtual items, currencies, and achievements have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. All virtual purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

PlaySzen and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
